Veggie Stir-Fry Garlic Rice
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots), chopped
- 1/2 cup basmati rice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
Method
- Wash the rice thoroughly under cold water and cook as per package instructions. Fluff and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry on high heat until tender-crisp.
- Add soy sauce mix well.
- Toss the cooked garlic rice with the stir-fried veggies.
