Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas (use canned or pre-soaked overnight and boiled)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika or chaat masala

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Toss boiled chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crispy.
