Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas (use canned or pre-soaked overnight and boiled)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika or chaat masala
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Toss boiled chickpeas with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crispy.
