Masala Makhana (Spiced Lotus Seeds)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups makhana (lotus seeds)
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add makhana, and roast on low heat until crisp.
  2. Add salt, chaat masala, and turmeric powder, and toss well.
