Masala Makhana (Spiced Lotus Seeds)
Ingredients
- 2 cups makhana (lotus seeds)
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan, add makhana, and roast on low heat until crisp.
- Add salt, chaat masala, and turmeric powder, and toss well.
