Veggie Stuffed Paratha
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 Garam Masala
- Ghee or oil for cooking
- Water for kneading
Method
- Knead the whole wheat flour with water into a soft dough.
- Mix grated carrots, spinach, cumin seeds, garam masala and salt.
- Divide the dough into small balls, roll out into a small circle, place a spoonful of veggie mixture in the center, and fold the dough over it.
- Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha and cook on a hot tawa with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
