Veggie Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 Garam Masala
  • Ghee or oil for cooking
  • Water for kneading

Method

  1. Knead the whole wheat flour with water into a soft dough.
  2. Mix grated carrots, spinach, cumin seeds, garam masala and salt.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls, roll out into a small circle, place a spoonful of veggie mixture in the center, and fold the dough over it.
  4. Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha and cook on a hot tawa with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
