Spinach and Paneer Rolls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup spinach, washed and chopped
- 100g paneer, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 puff pastry sheets
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Sauté garlic in oil until fragrant, add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add crumbled paneer, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Let the mixture cool, then place a spoonful on each puff pastry sheet, roll, and seal.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
