Spinach and Paneer Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup spinach, washed and chopped
  • 100g paneer, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 puff pastry sheets
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Sauté garlic in oil until fragrant, add spinach and cook until wilted.
  2. Add crumbled paneer, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Let the mixture cool, then place a spoonful on each puff pastry sheet, roll, and seal.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
