Masala Grilled Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 1 medium potato, boiled and mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
Method
- Mix boiled potato, onion, green chili, and chaat masala together.
- Spread the mixture on two slices of bread, cover with the remaining slices
- Butter the outside of the sandwich and grill until golden and crispy.
